• Be under 21 years of age and involved in Youth Projects.
• For Youth Account Applicants 18 or under, application should be submitted or approved by parent or guardian.

• Must spend $1200 or more at Wilco annually
• Board 10 or more horses all year for training, breeding or other at a training/boarding facility.

• Own & manage 25+ large animals (cattle/horse), 50+ medium (sheep/goats/miniatures), or 100+ small animals (rabbits/poultry) all year.

• Have 5+ acres in Nursery/Vineyard crops or $10,000 Nursery/Vineyard annual revenue.
