Matthew Gillespie, Marketing & Innovation Manager
Matthew Gillespie joins the HGO team with over 15 years in the Natural and Organic Food Industry, managing a category portfolio ranging from cold cereal and snacks to confection and frozen prepared meals. No stranger to working for agricultural cooperatives, Matt’s last position was with Oregon Cherry Growers where he served as their Director of Marketing and National Retail Sales for nearly 3 years. His prior marketing roles required overseeing co-packers, working in the chocolate industry, retail broker training, agency management, and setting up e-commerce sales. Matt has led several new product innovation teams and has successfully commercialized hundreds of new products into the marketplace.
Anthony Georger, Plant Controller
Anthony Georger comes to HGO with 7 years of experience as a Controller and Financial Analyst with United Technologies. At HGO he will serve as the Plant Controller where he will focus on developing cost accounting standards, and reporting for HGO
management and sales teams.
