Employee Discount
We better serve customers and each other when we have experience using the products we sell and share common passions.  The benefit of an employee discount at the retail farm stores is a perk we are happy to provide our employees.  Need plants for the yard or porch? Feeding the faithful dog? Buying workwear? Need paint or tools for household projects? Work within any of our teams and all that, and more qualifies for the employee discount.

Medical Insurance:
We have always believed in providing quality medical insurance.  Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the Wilco medical plan offered through Blue Cross of Idaho.  Team members also get to choose between a traditional PPO plan and a PPO plan with an HRA deductible reimbursement.  The employee premiums start as low as $58.00 per pay period.

Dental Insurance:
A PPO dental plan offered through MetLife is available to all full-time employees.  The dental benefits include a $1,500 annual maximum and orthodontia coverage for children.  The employee dental premiums start at $6.14 per pay period.

Vision Insurance:
Wilco offers a VSP vision plan to full-time employees.  The vision plan allows for an eye exam and lenses every 12 months and frames every 24 months.  The employee vision premiums start at less than $1.00 per pay period.

Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance:
Full-time Wilco employees are provided with MetLife basic life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment insurance at no cost to the employee.  Life insurance covers 1.5 times your salary.  There is a maximum payout but employees can purchase additional life insurance for themselves, their spouse, and their dependent children at discounted rates.

Long-Term Disability Insurance:
Wilco provides long-term disability (LTD) insurance to all full-time employees at no cost to the employee.  The LTD benefit pays 60% of the employee’s salary to replace your income up to $10,000 per month for disabilities lasting longer than 90 days.

Employee Assistance Program:
All employees have access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through MetLife at no cost to the employee.  The EAP provides confidential counseling for mental health and substance abuse issues.  The EAP services are available to employees and their dependents.

401(k) Plan:
Wilco offers employees the ability to participate in a competitive 401(k) Plan that offers a match of up to 6%.  The match is calculated and placed into the employee’s account each pay period.  There is both a Roth and Traditional 401(k) option and team members can select from a variety of pre-defined funds or use an automated rebalancing tool based on your personal retirement age goal and risk preference.

Paid Time Off:
Wilco offers its full-time employees with a competitive PTO plan that is based on years of service with the company.

Pay Cycle:
Employees are paid every other week.  There are 26 pay dates in a calendar year.
