Market Sales Representatives

Kyle Addison

Kyle is the Market Sales Rep servicing Turf and Ornamental for the North Willamette Valley and Portland Metro Area. Kyle and his family live in the Northwest valley and before joining the Wilco team he worked for TruGreen as a Sales Manager for Commercial accounts. His experience and desire to develop long term working relationships with customers make him a great fit for Wilco. Kyle's primary marketing responsibility is developing product sales and service to landscape, lawn care, municipalities, parks & golf customers. Kyle serves customers out of the Wilco Cornelius and Donald Pro Center Locations.

Roger Henderson

Roger has worked in the golf and greens industry since 1988 and is a licensed pesticide consultant. Roger graduated from OSU in 1991 with a degree in Horticulture with a Turfgrass emphasis. He has worked on golf courses as a crew member, Assistant Superintendent and Head Superintendent, and turned to consulting in 1999. Roger grew up in Eugene, lived in Portland for a few years and now resides in West Salem. He loves the golf business and can't imagine doing anything else.

Scott Renfro

Scott is Wilco's ornamental and greenhouse representative for the Willamette Valley. Originally from Conway, Arkansas, he has lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 5 years. He graduated from University of Arkansas in 2004 with a M.S. in Horticulture. His 10 years of industry experience includes plant brokering, ornamental plant genetics, and nursery/production management. He is licensed by the Oregon Department of Agriculture as an ornamental pesticide consultant. His primary goal is to help growers understand the basics of plant biology, soil fertility, fertilizer formulations, and crop protection applications. Scott currently resides in and serves customers out of the Wilco Donald Pro Center.

Shane Riley

Shane is an Oregon State University graduate. He earned his degree in Business Administration in 1979. Shane has worked in sales in the "green industry" with several industry notables including: ChemLawn, PBI Gordon, BEST Fertilizer and direct sales to a range of specialty markets. He has worked in several Pacific Northwest markets as a regional and local representative since 1982. Shane enjoys building client relationships and building mutually beneficial business strategies. Shane serves customers out of the Wilco Puyallup Pro Center.
