Become a Member of Wilco

The years have proven there is a place and a need for a business such as ours. Organized and dedicated to serving its patrons with quality products and services. We strive to serve by offering competitive prices, personalized service, and assistance with livestock or crop growing questions. It is not necessary to be a member to do business with us, however, non-members do not share in cooperative earnings.

• Membership is for full and part-time farmers and ranchers.
• There is a $300 membership fee. $10 is required at the time of application, with the remaining balance paid as the co-op applies 10% of your total patronage each year.
• Voting rights are a part of being a member.
• Typically, 20% of the dividend is paid in cash and 80% is paid in equity credits.
• Patronage dividends are subject to taxation (if you deduct your Co-op purchases).
• Agricultural Producer
• File a Schedule F (Farm Schedule) with income taxes
• You bear the risk of production, and what is produced for sale

Patronage Dividends are profits that are returned back to our members in direct proportion to the amount of their purchases.
